  • What is Beauty UK, Hair UK, Barber UK & Holistic Health?

    Beauty UK is the national beauty trade show inviting beauty professionals, salon owners and students to enjoy everything that their industry has to offer. The event will host 4 shows under 1 roof, with Hair UK, Barber UK and Holistic Health all taking place at the Ricoh Arena, Coventry.

    The event is trade only, offering visitors the opportunity to meet their existing suppliers, as well as discover new exhibitors and products that they may want to purchase during or after the show.

  • Where is the event?

    Beauty UK, Hair UK, Barber UK & Holistic Health will take place at the Ricoh Arena, Coventry.

  • How do I get to the venue?

    The event will take place at the Ricoh Arena in Coventry. If travelling by car, please use postcode CV6 6AQ. For more travel information, click the 'Getting Here’ tab.

  • What are the opening times?

    Sunday 11th July 2021

    Morning Session: 9:30am – 1:30pm

    Afternoon Session: 2pm – 6pm

  • What can I expect to see at the show?

    With four shows under one roof, visitors not only have the opportunity to see the latest launches in beauty, nails, tanning, hair and complementary therapies, but can also enjoy free educational experiences and special offers available from the 500 brands exhibiting at the show.   • I am a student, am I able to attend the show?

    Students studying beauty, hair, barbering or complementary therapy are able and encouraged to attend, however please note that we do not admit visitors under the age of 16.

  • How much are show tickets?

    Show tickets cost £10 per person and include free parking and a £10 voucher* to be spent on participating exhibitors and catering at the event.

    *Vouchers are non-refundable.

  • How do I book show tickets?

    You can book tickets for the show by clicking ‘Book Tickets’.

  • Can I book tickets for my colleague and/or friend?

    Yes, but each person will be required to have a purchased ticket in order to attend the show.

  • Are my show tickets date specific?

    Yes, you will only be allowed entry to the show for the selected date and time slot you have chosen when purchasing tickets.

  • What does my ticket include?

    Your ticket entitles you to entry of Beauty UK, Hair UK, Barber UK and Holistic Health. There will be the opportunity to enjoy free educational programmes and seminars held by exhibitors, as well as watch live demonstrations. Have a look on the ‘What's On' page to see what else will be taking place at the show.

  • What can I use my £10 voucher on?

    You can use your £10 voucher on any participating exhibitors at the event, as well as catering. Please note that you are only entitled to one voucher per person and they are non-refundable. A full list of participating exhibitors and catering will be released prior to the event. The full £10 will need to be spent in one go, not at multiple places. In order to redeem yours, present the voucher using the Show App.

  • If I purchase a full day ticket, what do I do during the 30 minute closedown?

    The show will close each day for 30 minutes between 1:30pm and 2pm, during this time all attendees will be required to leave the exhibition hall. If you have purchased a full day ticket (morning and afternoon session), you will be able to go upstairs and enjoy the catering options on offer before returning to the exhibition hall at 2 o’clock.

  • What if I need to leave the venue for a short period of time e.g. a cigarette break?

    We will provide a wristband to enable you to return to the event for the same day only.

  • Where are the Stages located?

    Please refer to the event map on the show website.

  • Do I have to pay to attend the talks on the Stages?

    Some are charged and some are free of charge. Our website provides further details on this under the ‘What’s On’ section.

  • Do I need to book for the talks on the Stages?

    Our website details which talks need booking in advance and which you can just turn up to on the day.

  • How do I book tickets for the Stages?

    Once you have bought a ticket for the event, this automatically creates an account for you. Your ticket confirmation email will give you access to your account, so that you can book extras like tickets for the Stages.

  • How/when will I receive my ticket(s)?

    You will receive your ticket via email. If you have not received your ticket 10 days before the event, please email info@beautyserve.net.

  • Can I buy tickets on the App?

    No, you can only buy tickets on the show website.

  • Do I have to use the App to access my ticket?

    No, you can use the email confirmation sent through to you when you bought your ticket. However, the App makes entering the venue quicker.

  • Do I need to download the App?

    No, but the App is recommended because it makes entering the venue quicker and it will give you easier access to talks, discounts and more.

  • How do I log onto the App?

    There are instructions on the ticket confirmation email explaining how to log on to the App.

  • I‘m having problems accessing my ticket

    Please email us at info@beautyserve.net with your confirmation reference.

  • Can I transfer/resell my ticket?

    No, if we find you have done this you will be refused entry into the event.

  • How do I obtain my Show Guide?

    Please refer to the App as this will outline all of the information you require whilst at the show.

  • Where can I eat/drink?

    There will be numerous catering options around the venue where you will be able to purchase food and drinks.

  • Is there an ATM?

    There are ATMs outside the exhibition hall. We advise that you take cash out prior to the event as not all exhibitors will accept card and there could be queues to use the ATMs.

  • What is the entrance policy?

    Entrance to Beauty UK, Hair UK, Barber UK and Holistic Health is strictly trade only. Entry is available to visitors who book their tickets before the show, and who bring the tickets with them using the Show App or by showing their E-ticket. There is a strict policy that babies and children under the age of 16 years will be refused admission - no prams or pushchairs are allowed. Please note there are no crèche facilities available onsite.

  • Is the event wheelchair accessible?

    The Ricoh Arena aims to be fully accessible and user-friendly for disabled visitors. For more information, visit the Ricoh Arena website.

  • Can I bring animals to the show?

    Visitors are not permitted to bring animals to the event, with the exception of guide, assistance and hearing dogs.

  • Can I access an internet connection?

    All visitors to the Ricoh Arena can connect to Wifi across the entire venue completely free of charge – the venue has a strong service signal for 3G/4G use.

  • What if I need information whilst at the show?

    You can speak to a member of our staff at the registration/information area located on the ground floor.

  • What should I do in an emergency?

    Please speak to Security or Main Reception if there is an emergency.

  • Where can I find First Aid?

    Please speak to Security or Main Reception if you require First Aid.

  • Will the event be filmed?

    Visitors may be filmed, photographed or sound recorded for broadcast, publication or security purposes whilst at the Event by the Organiser and our trusted sponsors and partners.

  • What if the event is cancelled, postponed or rescheduled?

  • What plans have been taken due to Covid-19?

    The Event will operate in accordance with the latest UK Government and Public Health England guidelines regarding Covid-19 and will operate under the Venue’s comprehensive set of guidelines to keep you safe at our event. As a result of these measures, we may be required to manage the flow of visitors to specific areas of the Event, including, but not limited to features, theatres and exhibition halls, to ensure we remain compliant.

    We reserve the right to remove any persons showing signs of Covid-19 including a high temperature or a persistent cough, refusing to wear a mask when required to do so (unless they are unable to do so due to an underlying health condition) , that is or otherwise behaving dangerously or inappropriately or for any other behaviour likely to cause damage, injury, nuisance and annoyance or for failure to comply with the reasonable request of the Organiser.

  • Are there any security measures?

    The Event will operate in accordance with the latest UK Government and Public Health England guidelines. Please also refer to our Covid terms.

    For the safety of people at the Event, the venue management and the Organiser reserve the right to refuse admission and conduct security searches as they deem appropriate.

  • How much is parking?

    The Ricoh Arena has 2,000 onsite car park spaces, which will be provided free of charge to attendees on a first come first served basis.

  • Is there disability parking?

    A limited number of disabled car parking spaces are available at Ricoh Arena on a first come first serve basis. Please note that all badges will be checked and the badge holder must be with the vehicle.
